In our large retail environment, teamwork is essential to ensure smooth operations across multiple shifts, including early morning, daytime, and evening hours. As a Sales Associate, you will receive cross-training in various key areas:

Customer Service: You’ll create genuine connections with pet parents, welcoming them and their pets into the store while facilitating a seamless checkout experience and ensuring they locate all they need.

Pet Care: You will take responsibility for the health and safety of all living creatures in our stores, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small animals. Acting as their caregiver until they find forever homes, you’ll help maintain their wellbeing and provide pet parents with tailored solutions.
- Merchandising & Inventory: You will be instrumental in guiding pet parents to the right products when needed. This includes executing merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
