We are currently seeking a part-time Retail Clerk for our outlet store. This position involves working 16-19 hours per week at a rate of $13.70 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, offering expert knowledge of our products to assist with their selections.
  • Provide information regarding product availability, ingredients, and nutritional details.
  • Answer the telephone courteously and professionally.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance through cleaning, organizing merchandise, and restocking shelves as necessary.
  • Participate in inventory counting to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Organize merchandise pricing, signage, and coding.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Uphold established customer service standards to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and with utmost importance.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
