We are seeking dedicated individuals responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through active engagement with all patrons, adherence to customer service principles, and maintenance of a clean and organized store environment. You will comply with all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster and uphold a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and mutual respect.
– Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, while adhering to operational procedures for cash handling.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
– Maintain merchandising standards and follow established procedures for product presentation.
– Accurately prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Initiate and participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day.
– Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards across the sales floor and assist in the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and welcome constructive feedback and recognition.
– Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support and engage in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
– Participate in safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

The starting pay range for this position is $12.48 to $12.98 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by various factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
