Our specialists receive an hourly base pay of $18.00, coupled with attractive commission and incentive programs, offering targeted hourly earnings of $22.50. This is a part-time position that comes with full-time benefits. We expect you to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including wireless sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, educate and engage customers through product demonstrations, be a collaborative team player, and maintain in-depth knowledge of all TV, internet, and wireless products, including pricing, promotions, and service features for both Spectrum and our competitors.
To qualify, you should thrive in a fast-paced team environment, possess the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English with employees, customers, and suppliers via various methods, lift up to 35 lbs., stand for extended periods, adhere to uniform requirements, and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications include 1 to 5 years of sales experience, familiarity with the latest technology and devices, experience in commissioned sales, and prior retail or wireless sales experience. A valid driver’s license is also preferred.
