A Supervisor (full-time) plays a pivotal role within our high-performing team, empowered and equipped to excel in their responsibilities. In this position, you will understand the significance of your contributions and take pride in your work. The anticipated compensation for this role is $19.50 per hour, varying based on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition to the hourly rate, this position is eligible for a monthly bonus. We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits for Associates and their families, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible Associates will have the opportunity to enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan, and will accrue paid time off totaling up to 152 hours per year (which encompasses PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Additionally, paid sick time is available for up to 64 hours per year, unless otherwise mandated by law.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure and exemplify outstanding customer service
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
  • Cross-train across all facets of store operations, including Stocking and Sales Associate duties
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members
  • Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
Who You Are:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role
  • Proficient in clear communication with customers and associates via in-person interactions, email, and telephone
  • Capable of intermittently lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds and standing or moving for the entirety of the shift
  • Able to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely ascend/descend a ladder
  • Physically capable and willing to attain certification to operate a forklift in alignment with IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program)
  • Open availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strict adherence to attendance policy
