Key Responsibilities:
– Model established customer engagement practices for both internal and external stakeholders.

– Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, while adhering to established protocols for cash handling.
– Promote our credit and loyalty programs effectively.
– Maintain compliance with our merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
– Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor per company guidelines.
– Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day to ensure presentation standards are met.
– Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and receive recognition as well as constructive feedback.
– Follow all labor laws, policies, and regulations.
– Engage in shrink reduction initiatives and safety awareness to maintain a secure work environment.
– Perform other assigned duties as needed.
