Job Title: Retail Store Sales Associate

Company: Blick Art Materials

Location: Cleveland Heights, OH

Pay: $13 – 14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 – $14 for a Retail Store Sales Associate in Cleveland Heights, OH, is somewhat below the national average for similar roles, which typically falls between $15 and $18 per hour as of 2023. While the cost of living in Cleveland Heights is lower than in many major U.S. cities, this pay range is still on the lower end of the spectrum, especially considering the rising minimum wage in various states and the competitive job market for retail positions. Therefore, while it may attract entry-level candidates, the rate may not sufficiently incentivize experienced workers seeking higher compensation in line with industry standards.
