Your Role:
As a Retail Store Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in exemplifying exceptional teamwork, fostering curiosity, and demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service. Your primary objective will be to uphold Blick’s dedication to our customers, the Arts, and our local communities through exemplary customer engagement, product knowledge, and adherence to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver superior customer service by leveraging sales skills, product knowledge, and comprehensive training to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
– Participate in and apply knowledge gained from the Blick Onboarding Training, Blick Sales Training, Preferred Customer Program, and Special Orders programs.
– Maintain a dynamic and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
– Assist in the organization of merchandise arrangements, ensuring adherence to visual standards and best practices as outlined by store management.
– Follow directives and prioritize tasks effectively to meet assigned deadlines with minimal supervision.
– Recognize and act upon procedures for reporting low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests as necessary.
