Responsibilities include engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience philosophy, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment. Adherence to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards is essential. You may also be cross-trained in various store areas to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
– Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns and provide appropriate change according to established procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
– Uphold merchandising standards and execute established procedures.
– Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company guidelines.
– Engage in store recovery as needed throughout shifts.
– Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and recovery for the sales floor and contribute to overall store maintenance.
– Accept and provide recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support shrink reduction goals and participate in related programs.
– Contribute to creating a safe work environment through safety awareness.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
