Job Title: Retail Visual Merchandiser Full Time Now Hiring

Company: TJX Companies

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $13 – 13.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $13.50 for a “Retail Visual Merchandiser” in Canton, MI, appears to be below the average for this role nationally as well as for the local market. According to industry data, visual merchandisers typically earn between $15 and $25 per hour, depending on experience and location, with many regions offering higher wages due to the specialized skills required for the position. In Michigan, particularly in urban areas or those near metropolitan Detroit, competitive wages may often start at around $15 per hour or higher. Thus, the offered rate may not be attractive to potential candidates and may lead to challenges in hiring or retaining qualified individuals.
