Job Description
Job Title: Ridge Tool – 3rd Shift Distribution Associate
Company: National Instruments
Location: Cambridge, OH
Pay: $16.19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16.19 for a “Ridge Tool – 3rd Shift Distribution Associate” in Cambridge, OH, is relatively competitive but may vary depending on factors such as experience, job responsibilities, and local economic conditions. As of my last update, the average pay for distribution associates generally ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, with some roles in specific industries or locations offering higher wages, particularly for night shifts. Given that Cambridge is located in a region with a lower cost of living compared to urban centers, $16.19 may align well with local standards, though it potentially falls on the lower end for companies seeking to attract talent in a competitive labor market. Therefore, while the pay is reasonable, it may benefit from further evaluation against local demand and company practices.
