What We’re Looking For:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents from admission through discharge.
- Advocating for residents at every stage of care, consistently going above and beyond for them.
- Developing tailored care plans for each resident based on careful observation and clinical expertise.
- Responding promptly and calmly to emergency situations, initiating life-saving measures when necessary, with or without a physician present.
- Managing medication for residents and maintaining meticulous records of all care provided.
Qualifications:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
- A valid RN state license and CPR certification.
- Comprehensive nursing experience and familiarity with RN practices.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
