AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the RN Registered Nurse role in Riverview, MI, we need to consider local cost of living, typical salary ranges in the healthcare sector, and benchmarks from similar positions in the region. As of my last update in October 2023, the average hourly wage for registered nurses in Michigan typically ranges from $30 to $40, with some variation based on experience, education, and specific healthcare settings. If the offered rate falls within or above this range, it would generally be considered competitive. However, if it is significantly below this range, it may indicate a lack of competitiveness, especially in light of ongoing demands for nursing professionals and rising healthcare costs. For a precise analysis, comparing the specific hourly rate to current local postings and trends is essential.
