Pay: $30.05 – 40.07 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $30.05 to $40.07 for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Romeo, MI, falls within a competitive range when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for RNs in Michigan typically ranges from about $30 to $45, depending on factors such as experience, education, and specific healthcare settings. This range suggests that the offered pay is on the lower to mid-range of the average for the state, indicating that while it may attract candidates, it could also be viewed as less competitive compared to other positions or regions that offer more competitive salaries, especially in urban areas or specialized nursing roles.
