In this role, you will:

- Develop individualized care plans for each resident based on your observations and expertise.
- Respond swiftly and calmly in emergency situations, initiating life-saving measures as necessary, with or without the presence of a physician, always prioritizing resident well-being.
- Administer medications and maintain precise records pertaining to all aspects of care provided.
