WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a warm, inviting environment that ensures resident comfort from admission to discharge.
  • Advocating for residents throughout their care journey, ensuring we consistently exceed their needs and expectations.
  • Creating personalized care plans for each resident based on careful observation and professional expertise.

Qualifications:
We welcome candidates who possess:

  • A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited institution
  • A valid RN state license and CPR certification
  • Comprehensive nursing experience and familiarity with RNs’ role in healthcare delivery
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
