What You’ll Do:
As a member of our team, you will:
- Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents from admission through discharge.
- Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring that we exceed their expectations daily.
- Develop individualized care plans for each resident informed by your observations and expertise.
- Remain composed and decisive in emergency situations to initiate life-saving measures, regardless of physician presence.
- Administer medications and meticulously maintain comprehensive records of the care you provide.
Qualifications:

- Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Possess a valid RN state license and CPR certification
- Bring experience in nursing practices and patient care
- Are knowledgeable about laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care
