WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

– Creating a warm and inviting environment for residents from their admission through to their discharge.
– Advocating for residents throughout every facet of their care, consistently striving to exceed their expectations.
– Developing personalized care plans for each resident through keen observation and professional expertise.
– Responding swiftly and calmly to emergency situations, initiating life-saving measures as needed, whether or not a physician is present, always prioritizing the well-being of our residents.
– Managing medication administration and maintaining meticulous records of all aspects of care provided.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

– A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
– A valid RN state license and current CPR certification.
– Experience and a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices.
– Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care.
