Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests by ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean and addressing guest requests as needed.
  • Achieve the highest cleanliness standards in assigned guest rooms through tasks such as bed making, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Adhere to all training protocols regarding bloodborne pathogens.
  • Manage lost and found items in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain an orderly and adequately stocked work cart at all times.
  • Inspect guest room linens and amenities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in the Laundry Room, as needed, with folding and stocking linens.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for guest service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more.
  • Capability to stoop and bend.
  • Occasionally able to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Proficient in safely handling potentially hazardous chemicals and equipment.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with safety and health code standards.
