Job description:

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position involves daily servicing of guest rooms in accordance with hotel procedures, which includes restocking carts with necessary supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities while adhering to company standards and safety protocols. Additionally, you may be tasked with performing deep cleaning activities within guest rooms and assisting with preventative maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with relevant experience in hospitality or a related field.

  • Perform all pre-cleaning tasks such as setting up the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning products, and linens.
  • Remove all trash and soiled linen from guest rooms.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  • Disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms as needed to facilitate deep cleaning.
  • Deep cleaning responsibilities may include changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and moldings, repairing scratched furniture, or rehanging sliding doors.
