Job Summary:
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel are maintained in a clean and appealing condition. This position involves daily servicing of guest rooms in accordance with hotel procedures, including stocking carts with necessary supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities in alignment with company standards and safety protocols. Additionally, this role may entail executing ‘deep cleaning’ tasks within guest rooms, alongside performing preventative maintenance responsibilities.
Qualifications:
– A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in hospitality or related fields.
– Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and have the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.
– Clarity in conveying information and ideas is essential.
