Key Responsibilities:

– Bathroom Cleaning: Remove used towels from guest rooms and bathrooms, replacing them with fresh ones. Scrub all surfaces, including the vanity, toilet, bathtub, mirror, and floor, to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.
– Room Refresh: Open windows in guest rooms to allow fresh air, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
– Carpet Care: Vacuum carpets in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas while ensuring the removal of any trash found under or behind furniture.
– Maintenance Coordination: Promptly report any required repairs or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the maintenance team.
– Deep Cleaning: Execute deep cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas as assigned, adhering to high-quality cleaning standards.
– Key Security: Ensure the security of the master key and any room keys collected during the cleaning process, managing them appropriately.
