Job Description
Job Title: Room Attendant – Residence Inn Columbus Downtown
Company: Lexington Hotel Group Corporate
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Room Attendant at Residence Inn Columbus Downtown falls within the lower range of industry standards for similar roles in the Columbus, OH area, where salaries typically range from $13 to $19 per hour, depending on experience and the specific employer. While this pay rate is competitive for entry-level positions or for those with minimal experience, it is on the lower side for a role that may require more extensive responsibilities or for workers in higher-demand areas. Considering factors such as cost of living and local market competition, this rate may be less attractive to potential employees seeking fair compensation for their work, particularly as wage growth has been observed in the hospitality sector.
