Job Title: Room Attendant

Company: Sage Hospitality

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a Room Attendant position in Detroit, MI, is slightly below the industry average. As of 2023, Room Attendants typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and the employing establishment (hotels, resorts, etc.). While $16 is competitive for entry-level roles or smaller establishments, larger hotels or those with higher service standards may offer more generous compensation. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Detroit and the current labor market trends, offering benefits such as health insurance or flexible hours could enhance the attractiveness of the role at this pay level. Overall, while the rate is not far from the average, it may be viewed as less competitive in higher-demand environments or for more experienced candidates.
