The primary objective of this position is to direct and implement superior retail strategies and operational functions to achieve financial growth and sustain brand equity.

Sales Stylists are responsible for executing various functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit an in-depth understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every Levi’s® Store customer through The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
  • Meet or surpass established store and individual sales targets and performance goals on a daily basis.
  • Adhere to Levi’s® Stores cash handling guidelines.
  • Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the selling floor as needed.
  • Aid in pricing of merchandise as necessary.
  • Support maintaining the store’s appearance in line with Levi’s® Stores visual presentation standards and general housekeeping protocols.
  • Ensure swift and accurate sales floor replenishment through RFID-enabled inventory processes.
  • Possess basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS, device troubleshooting, and an ability to read and comprehend technical training manuals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds, along with prolonged standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
