Qualifications for Sales Associates / Customer Service Representatives:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment (such as retail sales associate, customer service representative, salon/spa associate, or similar roles)
  • Prior experience with Point of Sale Systems is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a salon or spa setting is advantageous, but not mandatory
