Job Summary
You will serve as the cornerstone of our organization’s success, specializing in delivering an exceptional guest experience within our establishments. Your role involves establishing connections with guests, offering insightful product recommendations, anticipating customer needs, and addressing all inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service and hospitality to clients across various platforms, including in-person, phone, and online interactions.
- Inform clients about current promotions, memberships, packages, and upcoming appointments.
- Exhibit extensive product knowledge, assist in product restocking, and help customers with sales and returns.
- Contribute to daily shop operations, including sanitization, cleaning, and general maintenance.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and take initiative in your role.
- Support Skin Therapists to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with all Heyday staff to promote efficiency and team spirit.
- Assist in the training and coaching of new host team members.
- Uphold the distinctive Heyday aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
