As a Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
– Greeting every studio visitor with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to potential clients, known as “intros”
– Managing telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care interactions at the front desk
– Conducting studio tours for walk-in guests and first-time visitors
– Collaborating with the fitness team to guide prospective clients through their inaugural Orangetheory workout
– Selling memberships while achieving monthly sales goals to support studio success
– Onboarding new members, utilizing Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
– Following up with prospective clients through email and phone outreach
– Addressing member requests and concerns professionally and objectively to ensure satisfactory resolutions
– Actively participating in Orangetheory classes, as well as marketing and outreach events
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all studio areas by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist
