In this role, your responsibilities will include:

– Welcoming each individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Introducing the OTF concept to interested clients through personalized presentations
– Managing the front desk, which includes answering phones and engaging with members
– Conducting studio tours
– Collaborating closely with trainers to guide new clients through their initial Orangetheory workout
– Promoting and selling memberships to ensure the studio’s success
– Following up with prospective clients
– Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively, with a focus on resolution
– Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the studio
