Key responsibilities of the Sales Associate position include:

– Welcoming all studio visitors with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to potential clients during introductory sessions
– Managing telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care communications at the front desk
– Conducting studio tours for walk-ins and first-time guests
– Collaborating with the fitness team to guide new clients through their inaugural Orangetheory workout
– Selling memberships while achieving monthly sales targets to support the studio’s success
– Onboarding new members by completing Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
– Following up with prospective clients via email and telephone
– Addressing member requests and concerns professionally and objectively, striving for resolution
– Participating in Orangetheory classes, as well as various marketing and outreach events
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the studio by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist
