Here is a summary of the responsibilities you will undertake in this position:

  • Greet every individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to all interested prospects, commonly referred to as “intros.”
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and assisting members with various inquiries.
  • Conduct studio tours.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers to guide new members through their inaugural Orangetheory workout.
  • Drive membership sales to ensure the studio’s success.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads.
  • Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner, aiming for swift resolution.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to engage the community.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all studio areas.
  • Attend and engage in relevant OTF training programs and meetings.

Job Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred, especially in environments with sales quotas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel), internet navigation, and basic software applications.
  • Individuals with a health and fitness mindset are strongly preferred.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange represents a positive attitude, not just a color).
  • Must commit to participating in two scheduled OTF workouts each week.
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as required.
  • A high school diploma is required.

Base Pay: $12-$14/hr, plus commission and bonuses.
