• Welcome each guest to the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to potential clients, also referred to as “intros.”
• Manage front desk activities, including answering phones and engaging with members.
• Conduct studio tours for interested visitors.
• Partner with trainers to assist new clients during their introductory Orangetheory workout.
• Successfully sell memberships to support the studio’s growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients to nurture interest.
• Address member concerns with professionalism and an objective approach, aiming for resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the studio.
• Attend and contribute to all relevant Orangetheory Fitness training programs and meetings.

Job Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in environments with sales quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-energy setting.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel), internet usage, and basic software applications.
• A strong inclination toward health and fitness is highly preferred.
• Capability to thrive in an ORANGE TEAM environment—where orange is not just a color, but an attitude.
• Must participate in two Orangetheory workouts per week.
• Flexibility to work during daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours as necessary.
• A high school diploma is required.

Base Pay: $12-$14/hr plus commission and bonuses
