Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate Role:

  • Welcome every guest entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
  • Effectively communicate the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients through introductory sessions.
  • Manage telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care communications at the front desk.
  • Provide studio tours for walk-in guests and first-time visitors.
  • Collaborate with the fitness team to assist new clients during their initial Orangetheory workout.
  • Achieve membership sales goals to contribute to the studio’s success.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new Orangetheory members, including Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with prospective clients through email and phone outreach.
  • Address member requests and concerns professionally and objectively, with a focus on resolution.
  • Participate in Orangetheory classes as well as marketing and outreach events.
  • Ensure all areas of the studio remain clean and organized by adhering to the daily cleaning checklist.
