Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate include:

– Warmly welcome every individual entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
– Effectively present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to potential clients during introductory sessions.
– Manage telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer service communications at the front desk.
– Conduct tours of the studio for walk-ins and first-time guests.
– Work in collaboration with the fitness team to ensure a seamless experience for new clients during their initial Orangetheory workout.
– Drive membership sales by achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to the success of the studio.
– Guide new Orangetheory members through the onboarding process utilizing Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements.
– Follow up with prospective clients via email and phone to nurture relationships.
– Address member requests and concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
– Participate actively in Orangetheory classes and engage in marketing and outreach initiatives.
– Maintain a clean and organized studio environment by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist.
