The position encompasses a blend of sales and customer service, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience daily. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting every studio visitor with enthusiasm, energy, and informed insight.
  • Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective members, also known as “intros.”
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering calls and engaging with members.
  • Conducting studio tours for interested individuals.
  • Collaborating closely with trainers to guide new clients through their initial Orangetheory workout.
  • Selling memberships to contribute to the studio’s success.
  • Following up with potential clients to foster engagement.
  • Addressing member concerns professionally and with a resolution-oriented mindset.
  • Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the studio.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout the studio.
