We are seeking dedicated individuals who are keen to share our inspiring story and success with everyone who visits our studio, inquires via phone, or expresses an interest in self-improvement.

COMPENSATION:
– $15.00 per hour (Part-Time, plus Sales Commission based on membership sales)
– Part-Time schedule, requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week
– Access to complimentary OTF workouts
– Participation in our Simple IRA plan

Here’s an overview of the responsibilities associated with this position:

• Warmly greeting all guests upon their arrival at the studio, demonstrating enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to potential members, also known as “intros”
• Managing front desk operations, including answering phones and engaging with members
• Conducting studio tours
• Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their introductory Orangetheory workout
• Promoting and selling memberships to support studio growth
• Following up with prospective clients to nurture their interest
• Addressing members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner, with a focus on resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout all areas of the studio
