Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate Position:
- Welcome all studio visitors with enthusiasm, energy, and expert knowledge
- Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients
- Manage inbound telephone inquiries and follow-up calls, ensuring excellent customer care
- Conduct studio tours for walk-in guests and first-time visitors
- Collaborate with the fitness team to assist prospective clients during their initial Orangetheory workout
- Achieve membership sales goals to support the studio’s growth
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new members using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
- Follow up with prospective clients through email and phone communication
- Address member requests and concerns professionally and objectively to achieve resolution
- Participate in Orangetheory classes as well as marketing and outreach events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist
