Key Responsibilities:

– Greet every visitor to the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
– Introduce the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals, referred to as “intros.”
– Manage front desk operations, including phone inquiries and member communications.
– Conduct studio tours for prospective clients.
– Collaborate with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
– Drive membership sales to support the studio’s success.
– Follow up with prospective clients to nurture their interest.
– Address member concerns professionally and objectively, striving for resolution.
– Participate actively in marketing and outreach initiatives.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio areas.
– Attend and engage in all relevant Orangetheory training programs.

Qualifications:
