Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:
- Greet all studio visitors with enthusiasm, energy, and an understanding of our offerings
- Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals, known as "intros"
- Manage telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care communications at the front desk
- Conduct studio tours for walk-in clients and first-time guests
- Collaborate with fitness staff to orient new clients during their inaugural Orangetheory workout
- Achieve membership sales targets, contributing to the studio’s overall success
- Onboard new members utilizing Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
- Follow up with potential clients via email and telephone to maintain engagement
- Address member requests and concerns professionally and objectively, striving for resolution
- Participate in Orangetheory classes, as well as various marketing and outreach initiatives
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist
