The Sales Associate position involves:
– Welcoming each individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients, commonly referred to as “intros”
– Managing telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer service communications at the front desk
– Conducting studio tours for walk-in visitors and first-time guests
– Collaborating with the fitness team to guide prospective clients through their inaugural Orangetheory workout
– Achieving monthly sales goals by selling memberships to support the studio’s growth
– Onboarding new Orangetheory members utilizing Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
– Following up with prospective clients through email and telephone communication
– Addressing member requests and concerns in a professional manner, aimed at achieving resolution
– Participating in Orangetheory classes, marketing initiatives, and outreach events
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the studio by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
