As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
– Welcoming every guest who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals
– Managing telephone inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, and providing customer care at the front desk
– Leading studio tours for walk-in clients and first-time guests
– Collaborating with the fitness team to guide prospective members through their inaugural workout experience
– Meeting monthly sales targets by effectively selling memberships to promote studio growth
– Onboarding new Orangetheory members through client intake forms and membership agreements
– Following up with prospective clients via email and telephone
– Addressing member requests and concerns professionally and objectively, with an emphasis on resolution
– Participating in Orangetheory classes, as well as marketing and outreach events
– Maintaining studio cleanliness and organization by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist
