Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Welcoming every visitor to the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
  • Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals through introductory sessions
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering phones and engaging with members
  • Conducting studio tours
  • Collaborating with trainers to guide first-time participants through their initial Orangetheory workout
  • Promoting and selling memberships to support studio growth
  • Following up with prospective clients
  • Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution
  • Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Ensuring that all areas of the studio are maintained in a clean and organized manner
