– Present the Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) concept to interested individuals, referred to as “intros.”
– Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and engaging with members.
– Conduct studio tours for prospective members.
– Collaborate closely with trainers to guide new clients through their initial Orangetheory workout.
– Promote and sell memberships to contribute to the studio’s growth.
– Follow up with potential clients to nurture their interest.
– Address member concerns professionally and objectively, with a focus on resolution.
– Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives.
– Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the studio.
