– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals, known as “intros.”
– Managing front desk operations, which include answering phones and engaging with members, among other tasks.
– Conducting studio tours for prospective members.
– Collaborating closely with trainers to assist intros during their inaugural Orangetheory workout.
– Promoting and selling memberships to contribute to the studio’s success.
– Following up with potential clients to nurture interest.
– Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively, striving for resolution.
– Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives.
– Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
