– Located at our PORTAGE, MI studio
– Commission-based sales position
– Responsible for selling memberships to support the studio’s growth
– Following up with prospective clients
– Welcoming all studio visitors with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals, known as “intros”
– Managing front desk responsibilities, including phone inquiries and member interactions
– Conducting studio tours
– Collaborating with trainers to guide newcomers through their introductory Orangetheory workout
– Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively, with a focus on resolution
– Participating in marketing and outreach events
– Ensuring that all areas of the studio are clean and well-organized
