Key responsibilities of the Sales Associate position include:
- Warmly greet all individuals entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
- Effectively present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients, often referred to as “intros”
- Handle telephone inquiries and conduct follow-up and customer care calls from the front desk
- Provide studio tours to walk-ins and first-time guests
- Work collaboratively with the fitness team to guide new clients through their initial Orangetheory workout
- Achieve monthly sales targets by selling memberships to support studio success
- Successfully onboard new Orangetheory members using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
- Follow up with prospective clients through email and telephone outreach
- Address member requests and concerns professionally and constructively, focusing on resolution
- Participate in Orangetheory classes and assist with marketing and outreach events
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist
