As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting every guest with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients during introductory sessions
– Managing telephone inquiries and conducting follow-up and customer care calls at the front desk
– Providing studio tours for walk-ins and first-time guests
– Collaborating with the fitness team to guide prospective members through their first Orangetheory workout
– Meeting monthly sales goals by selling memberships to support studio success
– Onboarding new members utilizing Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
– Following up with potential clients via email and phone
– Assisting members with requests and concerns in a professional and objective manner aimed at resolution
– Participating in Orangetheory classes, as well as marketing and outreach events
– Ensuring that all areas of the studio are maintained in a clean and organized manner by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist
