Orangetheory Fitness South Lyon is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Associate to enhance our members’ experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the OTF community.

Schedule:
This part-time position requires individuals with open availability who can assist with our morning, afternoon, and/or evening class schedules.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greet every individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
• Present the OTF concept to prospective members during introductory sessions.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, engaging with members, and addressing various tasks as needed.
• Conduct studio tours for potential members.
• Partner with trainers to facilitate new members’ first Orangetheory workout experience.
• Actively sell memberships to help the studio flourish while meeting assigned personal sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective clients and engage in outreach calls to support studio growth.
• Address member concerns with professionalism and objectivity.
• Participate in studio marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Ensure that all areas of the studio are maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, retail, or fitness environments is preferred.
• Proven background in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
