AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Sales Associate Team Leader in Kalkaska, MI, it’s essential to compare it with both local and national averages for similar roles. Typically, Sales Associates at the leader level in retail or related sectors earn between $15 and $25 per hour, depending on experience, company size, and specific responsibilities. In smaller markets like Kalkaska, rates might lean toward the lower end of this spectrum due to cost of living and demand for retail leadership roles.
