Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Specialist, you will provide outstanding purchasing experiences by engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and delivering exceptional customer service to cultivate long-term business relationships. We are looking for a competitive, career-oriented individual with a drive for innovation in a dynamic sales environment. No prior automotive sales experience is required; candidates with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or the hospitality industry will thrive in this role. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to ensure exceptional vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specification information regarding performance, safety, and benefits of all vehicles.
• Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up to maintain a client database.
• Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Adhering to established Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to the various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure a strong selection of vehicles and a presentable environment for customers.

• Previous experience working with customers and delivering exceptional service.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
